Seventeen daily probes of every relay advertised in NIP-65 lists. Day 17: 423 relays advertised (smallest sample of the series, 3 of 6 seeds down), 49% reachable, 36% serving. Persistence 97.5% dead-stays-dead / 97.2% live-stays-live; eight flips. rilo and ribo.nostria.app, which died together yesterday, return together in the same run — operators, not hostnames, are the unit of failure and repair. nos.lol rejects the seed query with HTTP 502 while serving the probe in the same run.
